Berger and Clinton took out Saddam's WMD's sites in a massive bombing campaign in 1998... Saddam had no more WMD's. There was no reason to invade... Gee, it looks like Clinton forgot to tell his obnoxious wife about that: "In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear program.
