All I can say is that anyone who goes to Houston from a bubble market will be in a rubber room within six months, cheaper housing notwithstanding. Bubble markets are expensive for a reason. They're desirable places to live. Houston is a swampy, roach ridden, redneck pit. Trust me. I lived there a long time and I won't even vist the place anymore.

Just want to point out that the 1990s Japan bust was preceded by bubbles in BOTH stocks and real estate.

Here in the US we had only a stock bubble in the 1990s. But now we also have a double bubble thanks to Greenspan and the Bushies.
