Liar. The world isn't black or white or yes or no. The true course on Iraq was "maybe if this and that and all the rest". Bush invaded and failed because he had almost no coalition and no post-invasion plan or prep. Kerry would have supplied all that before he'd have ever invaded. Huge difference.

Many senate votes are the lesser of two evils. That Iraq vote was forced on Kerry and others and they had no choice other than to abstain. Instead, Kerry voted yes so long as Bush would keep his word to only invade as a last and necessary resort. Bush broke that promise. Bush has broken many promises, including to capture Osama Bin Lauden and bring down gas prices.
