You assume they do when you haven't seen any evidence whatsoever or heard Intel's defense.

I have seen evidence. It was presented by Japanese FTC, and Intel has not challenged this evidence. Based on that, I am assuming that the evidence is good.

AMD complaint uses the evidence collected by JFTC, plus adds more credible accusations.

Why are you assuming that while unable to challenge a weaker case, Intel will suddenly chose to challenge, be able to challenge and be able to challenge successfully a stronger case?

And, BTW, your assumptions were wrong about the JFTC case. Now you are basing your posts on the very same assumptions, and expect to be right this time. What's the definition of someone doing the same thing and expects a different outcome?
