Who cares what Intel claimed? 90% of the prisoners in jail also claim innocence, but are they really? And just who makes the laws businesses must abide by when they trade in Japan, Intel or the JFTC? Intel's claims of innocence are just whines from a loser trying to save face. If Intel really thought they were innocent, they would have bothered to challenge JFTC's findings, and proven they were innocent.

AMD's allegations are separate in every regard from the JFTC's,

They are not separate in every regard, as some of the 38 companies mentioned in AMD's complaint, were also cited in JFTC's.
