I thought Mr. Bush wanted to be a uniter not a divider...This may be one of his last chances to do something positive to enhance his legacy. Yet, Bush has done exactly the opposite of what he originally promised...And Rove would want a very BIG BATTLE for the next Supreme Court Justice...this would provide a great distraction from the Downing Street Memo and how we got into the Quagmire over in Iraq.
