I don't have a clue what would motivate you to ignore what is obvious to any casual observer and if anyone is using equivocation about "life" and "death", "Persons" and "Human Beings" It is you. My position and answers have been straightforward and unambiguous from the beginning. What was it; the Dred Scott decision, that ruled blacks were not "legal persons" either? Were lynchings wrong even though they were legal?
