Do you think you can eliminate greed from the human species? Do you even think you should? The men who designed that computer that connects you to the web didn't do it as a public service or to get poor. Caution in monetary matters is always in order. Do your due diligence. 99.9% of the time, you will find thngs out of line that set off alarms. Listen to and obey those alarms. Were YOU being greedy when they took your money? Often this is the case: You look for a return that realistically is unrealistic. You do yourself in. Or, as the old saw has it, "You can't cheat an honest man." They were hideous men. They had no conscience. Socio- paths I believe they are called. Lies, Lies and more lies. There have always been such men. There always will be. You defend yourself by being suspicious and checking. And rechecking. Do not expect others, such as the gov't, to protect you.
