But he could be a scam artist like so many others, probably is, selling seminars - that is definitely a red flag in my book. How many seminars do you see warren buffet or soros or the trump giving for 50 bucks a seat at the local holiday inn? And that he was a big infomercial guy - I just don't see how someone who owned the largest land holdings in the USA has time to hold a 50 dollar a seat seminar in tampa - it just doesn't add up. Like Robert Kiyosaki - he writes inspiring stuff, but a lot of it is incorrect and when people tried to track down the facts they were very elusive...
