HP has published a summary of 2P servers running SAP. Like the previous 4P summary, it inflicts a lot of pain on the competitors stuck with Xeon:

Hmaly, why do you care. I have learned, a long time ago, to just take care of my business, and not worry about what everybody else is doing. If they want to claim Intel didn't break the law, then so be it. It isn't like you can do anything about it. Have patience, and take comfort in the fact that, as much as Intel has the chip system rigged; the bar ass. has the legal system just as rigged, and therefore you should get satisfaction in the end. Simply because the bar ass. has the system rigged to take money from the rich, and give it to themselves. And Intel has a lot more money than AMD, so for them to get rich, Intel will be found guilty, and AMD will have to be given their fair share, just so they can get theirs.

Well said.

"Elmer will accept anything which isn't favorable to Intel."

Phuddy is absurd. His line of argument is characterized succinctly here:

4. Fallacy of argument from ignorance (argumentum ad ignorantiam) The Latin means "argument to ignorance." (a) Arguing something is true because no one has proved it false Example: "Aliens exist since no one has proven they don't." (b) Arguing that something is false because no one has proved it true. Example: "Aliens don't exist since no one has proven they do."
