Less than 5% were actual party members. The Germans used heavy forced conscription. That hardly makes members party Nazis. If they dind't fight they were shot. The Feldgenmarie made sure of that.

Heck yeah, JDN. I'm sure some of the German soldiers that shot unarmed Jews, Gypsies and Homosexuals after forcing them to dig their own graves weren't Nazis either! They were just following orders, like any soldier anywhere..
