That's not the question you asked, so I'll save that one for later. Anyway, if I had to come up with a list for Iraq that justified the invasion, I would put the following in that list:

First, the list is more representative of the American ally, Pakistan than it is of Iraq. Are you proposing we invade Pakistan?

And yes, you did not answer my question.

At what point do you realize that something is a mistake and you reverse course? What are the conditions that lead to that decision?
