"I can walk past you but I cannot (morally) strike you...unless you are an alien! ;-)" Of course, if I AM an alien, there's nothing to stop me (morally) from impaling you on a giant needle to draw out your blood and spray it as fertilizer on the red creeping plant I'm growing everywhere - at least until I die from a common cold. Which reminds me - if aliens are smart enough to bury their giant machines under ground before mankind even built its cities to make it easier to concur Earth, why didn't they just concur it then instead of waiting all that time? ;-)
