No, that won't be the top. I think I've come across about 50 signals indicating the top, all of them cutesy (e.g., newspapers carrying real estate seminars, investors dominating the market, etc). One more of these stupid shoeshine boy-stock tip type stories and I'll puke.

Pretty soon every office and apartment building without many long term leases in urban bubble markets will convert to condo. That will be the top<g>"

Are you sure you were in the right city? They just approved the designs for the new tower not more than 2 weeks ago.
