I'm surprised he didn't have a fit over you misquoting him. PS: Be careful of spelling errors, too. Making them only inflates his ego and we don't want him to pop. ;-)

YOU did. Nor did they mean women. After the 15th Amendment which gave the vote to Blacks, the suffrage movement began to gain some momentum. "The D.O.I. makes the opposite assertion and you are twisting it to say otherwise" You need to study the history of womens rights. You are clearly clueless.
