xnva currently trading around $.70; buyout cash price valued at $.82 (subject to exchange rate swings). assuming deal actually closes by yearend it appears one can potentially earn ~20% for holding 5months. Anyone playing the arb game?

Nigel, what's your take here? I need to delve into the details of the call provision on those notes. Down substantially on a small position, but thinking of adding big time for an arb play. It seems like a no brainer; I'm surprised at the discount.

Has anyone else here holding shares figured out what they're going to take yet?
