Tuck, I'm in for the cash. A little nervous because it looks so easy. I wasn't that interested in the notes, which will not be traded on an exchange. Also, my impression was that the notes were not available to US citizens. The material didn't say that explicitly, so I may have misread it... add/edit: Looked quickly again at the note provisions. Looks like I'm wrong about US citizens not being able to take the notes. fred hayes
