Intel pleaded no contest, therefore the charges are THE TRUTH.

Hey I like the bold capitol letters. Do you think that will make a US Court believe it? For some reason they don't accept the insistence of Internet BBs as Law. They wouldn't make very good Droids.

Yes, Intel pleaded no contest, therefore the charges are THE TRUTH. I have seen no credible explanation why Intel would let false charges against it stand, therefore, the logical conclusion is that the charges against Intel in Japan are true, and Intel is guilty as charged.

Seems reasonable to me. I'd have to agree. If Intel were innocent, wouldn't they fight the charges?
