Yes, and what is the bounty on Osama bin Laden's head? You don't see anyone giving him up for a bag of silver. bush can't or won't find him and his force seems to be growing not shrinking. I just watched a BBC series called the CIA and they covered the Phoenix Project during the Vietnam war where CIA operatives murdered many many civilians. They said they were trying to be guerillas to fight guerillas. Forget the fact that almost nobody they murdered, captured and tortured was even a communist much less a Viet Cong guerilla but they failed as everybody knows we lost that war. A CIA agent said in hindsight the only way to win a guerilla war is to win the hearts of the civilian population and without their support the guerillas will just fade away. bush only wants to antagonize the countries he occupies, 159 countries with 725 US military bases that we know of. bush can never win a guerilla war.
