Yes to some extent it does but what matters really is two fold. #1 what the courts decide and #2 Intel's relationships with it's customers.

I have posted this formula before and explains the Droid mindset.

AMD has pronounced that ((Benchmarks) + (Fair Competition)) = (Increased MSS). AMD is infallible and must be believed.

It is inconceivable to the Cult oriented Droid mind that there are any other factors. In reality the equation is much more complex and (Customer Relations) is a big factor, especially in Japan. Other major factors are Availability, Reliability, Support, Roadmaps, etc, just to name a few. I don't expect Droids to understand. They've seen better benchmarks yet very little in the way of MSS gain. Given their very limited perspective they can do nothing other than conclude this proves there is no (Fair Competition).

You almost have to feel sorry for them...
