Also, some people might be dumping some windfall profits from real estate into the Sp.

These are strange times.
You have people who have never had more than 5K in their checking account, cashing out equity at 100K a pop. You have car mechanics living in homes that well paid white collar young professionals cannot afford. You have 22 year old mortgage brokers earning 250 K/year and "owning" 15 houses.
I could go on and on.

What are the odds we get $ben Bernanke or some other such person as next fed chair vs someone who is more or less neutral vs an out an out hawk?
