Osama was not "let go" Osama is in hiding, and the cost in US forces to flush him out would be too great as a result of the mountain fortresses he built, and the scores of jihadists protecting him. Bush is properly prosecuting the War on Terror, and Osama probably regrets bombing NY and DC, although not the deaths he caused; I believe he misread the US response as a result of dealing with Clinton era pussies who prior to the Bush Cheney team, coddled and kissed ass better than any in our history. .
