The surprising thing about the London bombings is they still have no real idea who did them...

I see that a consultancy agency with government and police connections was running an exercise that revolved around the London Underground being bombed at the exact same times and locations as happened in real life on the morning of July 7th.

The same way that exercises based on a plane hitting the WTC were being conducted on the morning of 9/11.

You don't have to be a wild-eyed conspiracy nut to wonder at the coincidence of it all.
