With two maybe more openings on the Supreme Court, who will be nominated and why?

What does your post have to do with the thread's subject matter?

Conservatives (are more likely) want to change the law and put people in jail if they disagree.

No, it depends on what's at stake.

Conservatives want to put people in jail for burning the American flag, these days.

During WWI and WWII, it was people who spoke out against the war and the draft.

During the Cold War, they wanted to put members of the Communist Party in jail.

During the Vietnam War, it was Weather Underground and people like that.

But liberals want to ban "hate speech", prosecute people for saying negative things about homosexuals, for example. And they are extremely intolerant of religious speech, even when it doesn't cross the line of separation of church and state. Liberals want to people who picket abortion clinics in jail.

Both liberals and conservatives want to ban porno, but for different reasons -- conservatives because it undermines the family, liberals because it's degrading to women.

I think intolerance of the free speech rights of others is an equal opportunity issue.

The ability to disagree is what makes America great.

That is the Liberal view.

Then why are the longest ban lists found on the liberal threads?

Conservatives (are more likely) want to change the law and put people in jail if they disagree.
Name one person in jail in this country for disagreeing with the conservative POV.
