I would compare this event more to 'Travelgate' than the other stuff. Both serious in my mind but we haven't gotten a common consensus of what is what yet.

We are still at the partisan grand standing stage.

Lets see what the criminal investigators have to say when they get their stuff worked out.

You misquoted the former president. What he really said was, "I want to say one thing to the American people. I want you to listen to me. I'm going to say this again. I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky. I never told anybody to lie, not a single time – never. These allegations are false."

He then admitted the statement was false during his apology to the country several months later, after his DNA was found on the blue dress.

So, in fact, Clinton's statement was a lie, while Rove's seems to be the truth.

:-)

If this were the Clinton white house the same folks saying "No big deal" would be screaming "IMPEACH HIM".

Frankly, I have a lot more interest in impeaching folks for screwing up government business that affects us all, than for screwing up over more personal failures- even criminal ones.
