The dems already showed their cards. Gonzales is pro-abortion and now the dems love him even though he wrote those "torture" memos....

Abortion is the dem litmus test because pro-abortion is the largest voting base they have left...

It depends on what you mean. For lower courts, Bush already has some that believe that God's law over rides man's law. Does this constitute the liberal notion of "freedom from religion"?
