shades, billWA here again.
I was born and raised in Palm Bch Cty. My last 32 years there was a general contractor. At the age of 50 I said enough of the heat & humidity (we called it 90+/90+)and moved to the Olympic Peninsula (Port Orchard). Lived there for 8 years. Since, I've moved to Colorado (at 8800' elevation).

I still yearn for the "Peninsula" and its' weather. To me it had the mildest winters for the "north" and the mildest summers.

I have a daughter that still lives in Jupiter and she says the same thing about Scripps.

BTW, if you take a ride to Singer Island, stop by the Sailfish Marina - sailfishmarina.com. My Dad used to own it when it was Bill's Sailfish Marina (and not anywhere near as big).
ps: don't eat at the restaurant, it sucks!

A friend is keeping a 5 acre (Lion C)based on Scripps, but my
Wellington 2 acre estate lots are long gone.

Comparison: S.Fla vs Vancouver downtown center.

Wrote a long post and erased it, US people might object.
The place is a friggin paradise, let you guess which one
or PM me.
