Sure, that's how I read it.

No-one wants nuclear war but all the same no-one likes being pushed around either and the intentions of the US have been made all too clear that when it's finished with Syria and Iran and N. Korea it has China lined up in its sights. It's amazing how the US is obsessed with violence as a means of finding a solution to problems which, in themselves, are non-violent. I guess it's the influence of the cowboy movies. Or maybe they just see themselves as Israelis?
