I can agree with that but much more important is would our Fed or esteemed leaders buy into those as the only two choices.

I also agree real inflation is much higher. My question to you and the board is whether real inflation is also distorted in other countries? If the answer is yes then what can stop the global collusion from continuing indefinitely?

I agree Mike.

People have been been paying too much attention to the shape of the curve as opposed to the fact that real rates are still negative.

Doesn't look possible to have a RE recession while avoiding it in other sectors of the economy, does it? That's what's out of whack.
