I would hazard a guess that LB is not in the minority on this issue after all.

Might I hope that my minority position become the majority? This "hate" legislation is the result of pressure groups imposing PC positions. When you listen to the arguments for it, they sound like the arguments for University speech codes.

Anything that is not specifically banned in the Constitution can be banned by the those elected to make laws. I believe the justice and the law should take into account where practical the circumstances of a crime. Murder for example has many degrees. The action was taking life. The consequences vary greatly.

As to gays, I feel the have the rights of all other humans. The sad fact they are infected with a pestilence of death or extinction does not give them the right to marry a member of the same sex. I do find it rather odd that a person infected with a mindset of desire that make it not possible for them to have a normal biological family would be proud of that fact.
