John

Florida isn't even close to Hawaii in any area. Hawaii is absolutely beautiful, with lush beautiful hills, trade winds, beautiful flowers, even SNOW skiing. Florida is cheaper now, but wonder how long that wil last. Oh I almost forgot Hawaii doesn't have Disneyworld and all of it's cousins.

John,
Did you see the front page of the post today. Seems some people bought some SWAMPLAND on the beeline and Indiantown road in Jupiter and have found out that they may no be able to build on it. Let the lawsuits begin.

Funny how history repeats itself. In the 20's it was "Hey, wanna buy some swampland in Florida?"
