I fully expect some bucks up front and I expect the $ value of those bucks to increase rapidly with time.

I'd expect AMD would settle, *RIGHT NOW* for a promise from INTC that they'd cut it out, modify the rebate program, and play nice.

No $ involved, maybe some negotiation on other topics of their covert agreements...

But as time goes forward positions are going to harden, IMO, and the price is going to go up in a hurry.

By the time we get to 2011 this thing is going to be an expensive settlement -- and I see INTC as too proud to settle soon.

But we shall see. Intel has many times been smarter than I've given them credit for and I've been wrong a passel of times...
