It was designed by experts in the Law. Talking out your *rse again, Elmer? Or are you claiming to be privy to any conversations between Intel marketing and legal surrounding their criminal rebate program?

And clearly, the most Intel legal could do would be to attempt to phrase the rebate to comply as much as possible with the letter of the law while utterly violating its spirit, since the intent was to lock out AMD share gains, i.e. be anticompetitive. Good luck with that in court.
