Israel should know better than to" Certainly there are groups within Israel happy to do so, but the government is not so heavily inclined, imo, as are all its neighboring Muslim governments that frequently, in the normal course of discussion, on TV and in newspapers refer to Jews as dogs and worse. Hard to find that kind of talk in Haaretz (sp) or the Jerusalem Post, but, in H. especially, it appears to have no qualms being critical of Israel and its policies. Impossible to find any media in the Middle East Arab Muslim world willing to point a finger at itself for any of their peoples woes.
