Multiple nuclear attacks in several US citiies is a distinct possibility. Those of the Islam faith should be prepared retaliation. Those in the Islamic world who would like to help the United States should step forward before it is too late

But the problem is the terrorists claim no state, so how can we hold one responsible unless we could prove they supplied the bombs. That memo seems to indicate they were bought from rogue military and scientific elements not from Governments. I suspect about all we could do is outlaw any person of islamic faith from this country. Sounds awful, but if 4 million Americans die, wont sound so bad IMHO.
Incidentally, I forwarded that memo to a friend of mine in the nuclear power industry and asked him if he had heard anything about it. jdn
