(edit)IMO we may, after giving Roberts a good upper G.I. series let him slide. Reason: Saving our big gunpowder for the next one, possibly having to push the nuclear option. Also a rather short paper trail on Roberts albeit his acknowledgement of being down against Roe V Wade...kinda sorta. Stategerie is so complex. Gives he headaches.
