What ever happened to personal responsibility? I'm so sick of being lectured about personal responsibility by conservatives, and then see them manipulate the system to their benefit and try to use their influence to keep their friends from coming under the same legal scrutiny as everyone else. If you break the law, you should pay the price. If not, then it dilutes the law for everyone else who is trying to be personally responsible in their lives.

When is Kenneth Lay, Bush's biggest campaign contributor, going to be indicted for the Enron collapse, that was certainly full of illegal actions and hurt many investors and employees? I am impressed that other corporate high-flyers like Worldcom's CEO have been tried and convicted, but why is a politically connected guy like Ken Lay getting off easy for equally as bad crimes? He should be held personally responsibile for running that company like an extortion outfit.
