Its different this time. The builders all run their businesses more efficiently. Besides there is no housing bubble.

Since CA and FL led this bubble with construction and prices, it makes sense they would be the first areas to show signs of weakness. You're probably right that they will keep going until bust, here in the Denver area prices have been declining as well. Over the past 4 years, new building has been about 12% YoY, while population growth has been half that....
