From where do you derive this strong faith in government? What is your justification for it?

What makes you think you can train him for anything but the most basic skills? Not everyone can do everything, you know.

I'd rather have someone with proven skills and average ethics (or at least predictable behaviour) as part of a system that highly restricts wrong behaviour than to take chances with an unknown entity.
