After reading a lot of history on the house of bush, it amazes me the times in history of even our recent past that letting "families" come into power like this keeps happening. The middle class just let the cycle keep repeating over and over to their own detriment. I knew a lot of hardcore democrats that voted bush, it amazed me, they didn't like kerry because he was a city slicker, but clinton and bush were good ole boys and that is why they got their vote - not wether they were red or blue or what policies they stood for or the history of thier business dealing of "families" rise to power or the ethics or intelligence of the individual - this collective ignorance creates opportunities for the knightly tins of the world - so I don't know how you can knock it - hehe. One of my redneck buddies wrote me that he saw Jeb speaking fluent spanish and now feels like the bush's sold out the good ole boy white rednecks for those damn latino's and he is madder than a hornets nest how he voted - too late now eh? hehe These are the thought processes of voting americans, I once believed in direct democracy like ancient athens - but I wonder if representative government doesn't have its merits sometimes - we need good statesmen to counter the good hearted folks with much greater kindness than intelligence. Then you have people like the house of bush getting into those statesmen roles and colin powell looking over at the prez wondering how he got to serve such a greater crook - hehe.
