That argument, in its simplest and most understandable form for all of us econ dummies, is that one increases the flow of tax revenue by cutting taxes.

Lower prices and increase income? Wal- Mart, etc. Very obvious.


Pretty cryptic. But if you are arguing it increases the disposable incomes for the folk who actually use their incomes to buy things, you're not talking about either the early Reagan cuts or the Bush cuts. As we both know, the bulk of those went to them what has.

Your argument, if I understood it correctly, would involve not increasing the weight of the wealthy pocket books but putting more money into the hands of spenders--middle class tax cuts and keeping middle class benefits strong.
