I guess I would try to clarify hate speech (in this context) to mean inciting or promoting violence.

I think you can limit it to Islamic fundamentalist violence, and today's needs will be 99% taken care of. There is one key theme which resounds through these bombings and hate speech incidents, and its the supposed religion of the speakers and perpetrators.

No problem. I am all for that.....and slashing his tires from time to time, making his sewers back up badly repeatedly, dropping off boxes of cockroaches in his basement every month, causing power surges to his home on a weekly basis......all good!
