what we are debating here is not whether or not every human starts out as a fertilized egg - i.e. "life begins at conception". That is kind of evident, just like the process of making an omelette begins with adding milk to the broken egg and mixing them together. That mix is not an omelette, just like the fertilized egg is not a human.

How do we make an omelette fair Zonder ?

-------> With much delicacy

(as the French would want us to do)

How does one make a child?

*With much sustained tenderness,
and aforethought, one would hope...

;-)

"For any number of scientists you can find quoted on religious websites who say a fertilized egg is a human being, there are zillions of others who say it is not."

Zillions????? My quotes came from sworn testimony before the United States Senate. Yours????? Zillions of phantoms. Actually you have provided zip zilch and nada as your sources.

PAGING Dr. Nada....

"A prominent physician points out that at these Senate hearings, "Pro-abortionists, though invited to do so, failed to produce even a single expert witness who would specifically testify that life begins at any point other than conception or implantation. Only one witness said no one can tell when life begins."2... (Landrum Shettles and David Rorvik, Rites of Life: The Scientific Evidence of Life Before Birth (Grand Rapids, MI: Zondervan Publishing House, 1983), 113.)

"So you think finding some article from a religious nuthouse website furthers your position?"

All your complaints about prejudice ring hollow when you respond in such an obviously irrational, irrelevant and bigoted manner.

"Besides, what we are debating here is not whether or not every human starts out as a fertilized egg - i.e. "life begins at conception". That is kind of evident"

Is it? You are the one that challenged the idea that <<<We now now with certainty that Human life begins at conception>>> with;

"I found that curious because "we" don't know anything of the sort."

"Spare me the "LOL" stuff"

OK, you spare me the anti Christian bigotry and I'll try not to laugh at your inconsistencies.
