All this heat is working its magic with rivers and lakes warming up and causing cooling problems in plants that cause derates of units.

Nukes mostly always run at full power as the lowest cost marginal unit.

Poke around inside the DOE Electric Power Monthly report. You are sure to find it there:

Also try the flash monthly. Table 3.1 shows conventional hydro is up 13% YOY for May, although it doesn't state what fraction of absolute available is currently utilized:

Below is the best site on the web to track hydro potential, snowfall, precipitation, etc. In the Pac NW there isn't much. Go to the latest weekly report and look at Figure 1. You will see that most of Oregon and Washington are in the driest 5% for historical accumulative precipitation.
