In a nutshell that is how to play the game. Let the market tell you what is coming. My guess is still new bull markets in what was hot in the 1970's along with new innovations in tech and life sciences along with the long anticipated coastal housing fall that will be a long drawn out affair except for the frothiest of property types in select markets in an environment of unrelenting stagflation and higher rates for the next decade.
