No one said that the Europeans failure was not preaching Christianity to Muslims. The Europeans failure is not integrating Muslims. A classic example of how this failure crosses over with their over-secularized society is France's ban of headscarves. If the Europeans were more enlightened, they wouldn't be banning expressions of religion, they would be celebrating all religions in public and private forums, and thus, helping to breed tolerance and integration. In the US, we have a very integrative society in part precisely because we have celebrated all religions. Now the secularists and atheists are trying to ban religion from all public forums which will be one more step towards he European model, which clearly doesn't work. Your failure to see the bigger picture is understandable, given your liberal left leanings.
