Chinese demographics -- a few million rich at the top, vast majority peasants, not much middle class. One child policy = rapidly aging population. Nothing in the way of Social Security or any other form of old age pension to act as safety net for aging peasants.

Unless the Chinese Communists allow its hundreds of millions of citizens unfettered access to the internet, its economy will eventually stagnate.

Practically everything will be connected in some way to the internet 30 years from now.

It is hard to fight demographics.

I think they will pull a "Japan," and stall out along the way. They just have too rigid a structure to stay on the same trend line.
