Are all terrorists despicable?

The Boston Tea Party, after all, was an act of terrorism (at least according to the British). There are lots of modern examples of the dependency of POV on whether or not one views an incident as terrorism- a lot of what the the US has done and sponsored in Latin America has been seen as terrorism by the folks who live there. So do you really find all terrorism despicable, or do you find certain acts of terrorism subjectively despicable?

isn't this a form of hair splitting? [I think it is]

for when I think suicide bomber I think terrorist

I imagine one could say that thinking is prejudice to suicide bombers [which strikes me as ridiculous]

I suppose I could call them terrorist suicide bombers as opposed to noble suicide bombers

but then again, I don't know of any noble suicide bomber incidents
