I've been secretly rooting for Spitzer as Pres for some time now...of course that will be way in the future.

My father is a real conservative. He is all for fiscal responsibility. And almost from day one he hated Clinton because, in his words, just he "oozed with immorality and was too slippery of a character". He is big time anti-abortion. Property rights are sacred to him. And if it was up to him, the second amendment would not be a right but an obligation...He is also one of the most compassionate and decent people I know. So I know conservatives senator and George Bush is no conservative. What you have in Bush is a complete perversion of American principles in the name of conservatism...I can respect a real conservative despite differences of opinion. Nowhere does conservatism tantamount to theft the nations resources by big corporations who exploit every loop hole to avoid taxes and lobby for outsourcing America en-masse. >> What you call extremism is conservative policy re the economy and the environmnent.
