Ted, Jesus believed in a form of socialism. So why all the posturing and disagreement from your side? There is a big difference between volunteering your possessions to the community and having your possessions forced over to the government. You're confusing the communal form of "socialism" with "socialism" as a viable government or economic system. No, I think its you who is confused. The individual must be willing to give up his/her possessions to make socialism work. Socialism isn't a dictatorship. Like with a kibbutz..like with Jesus, the individual chooses to participate. ted
